Responsibilities
Develop global payroll strategy for International Division Staff
Lead identification, implementation, and deployment of corporate payroll solution for existing Divisions and future global expansion
Ensure compliance of global program components in an ever-changing regulatory environment including coordination of payroll, benefits and regulatory tax filings related to employment
Provide technical leadership on cross-functional teams including International Talent Operations, Total Rewards, Global Benefits and Mobility, Corporate Tax, Enterprise Risk Management, Domestic Payroll and Legal functions
Manage and execute biweekly and monthly Division payroll during team's growing season
Implement and improve processes with an emphasis on automation and understandability to ensure timely compliance in foreign jurisdictions
Serve as a subject matter expert for Division Leadership and Staff, exhibiting ability to concisely articulate complex information
Stay abreast of Global and Domestic trends and regulatory environment to ensure compliance
Collaborate extensively with Global Mobility, Global Benefits, and Domestic Payroll Center of Excellence
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information in strict accordance with Chick-fil-A, Inc. confidentiality and data security policies
Responsible for existing and future vendor relationships and adherence of vendors to multiple statements of work, service level expectations, and regulatory compliance requirements
