    Position summary

    e openings goals are met at market level

    • Oversee site plan optimization in coordination with engineers, architects, Design and Construction

    • Collaborate with Development, Design, Existing and Reinvestment to evaluate, communicate and execute market strategy deployment

    • Collaborate with Design and Construction in optimizing development approval timelines to store openings

    • Assume primary negotiation responsibility in coordination of purchase and lease agreements with Real Estate Legal

    • Serve as the primary Real Estate contact for Owner/Operators and Field Operations relative to new store locations

    • Attend Field Operations and Owner/Operator meetings as required

    • Serve on the Area Support Team (Core Team) to represent New Restaurants' growth strategy, to be an effective team member to partner on field facing solutions for Operators, and to travel to markets within the Area Support Team.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Prior urban and suburban real estate deal making experience
