    Responsibilities

    Lead effective & efficient communication:

    • Serves as a primary point of contact for New Restaurant Real Estate (NRRE), Development, Design, and Construction for existing Licensed Captive Venue (LCV) locations.

    • Serves as primary point of contact for internal initiatives that help improve and support growth of the Licensed Captive Venue portfolio.

    • Provides direction to and fosters partnership with internal and external partners, CW Contractors, Food Service Partners, and Operators.

    Project Management:

    • Proactively tracks & manages internal initiatives and projects, existing restaurant development/design/construction processes including accuracy of data, performance and use of data technology platforms, ensuring milestone dates, and pipeline.

    • Manages follow up to ensure the resolution of development issues, receipt of plan approvals and permits, timely payment of project invoices, and proper document storage.

    • Manages the Remodel process regarding activation, site survey schedules and actively coordinates between the Licensed Captive Venue and the Development team.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 3+ years of work related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Real Estate Development or Construction Management Experience
