As an Account Manager I, you will be focused on managing mid-to-large loan clients and their portfolios, as well as, working side by side with team members across the loan team. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for client's requests and leading special projects/analyses as requested.
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
Pre/post-closing contractual review and setup
Review/interpret contractual documents for payment verification analysis
Prepare documentation, procedures and systems to ensure controlled setup and stabilization of RMS Securitized products
Research and determine resolution for more complex Client/Investor inquiries
Partner with external and internal parties to troubleshoot and improve production processes
Participation in small/medium technology enhancements focused on client needs and efficiency/control
Maintaining client relationships with clients; consulting with clients to identify and define business requirements
Collaborating with external clients and internal team members to find appropriate solutions for the client's unique business needs
Performing contractual document reviews and negotiating complex legal agreements
Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management policies; coordinates closing activities
Monitoring market changes and developments, translating into new value-add services while ensuring stellar customer satisfaction in coordination with team
Recommend and implement service enhancements, introduce developments or solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations
What will you bring to the role?
Minimum of 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: trust, financial services, or account management
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent is strongly preferred
Possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong analytical, problem solving and resolution skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
Microsoft Excel proficiency is strongly preferred
Ability to interpret legal documents and apply concept to internal systems
Prior Loan Accounting and/or Bond Administration experience preferred
RMBS waterfall and deal concept knowledge preferred
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $62,000- $93,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
