"There is a lot of room for career advancement, but you have to put yourself out there. If you make leadership aware of your career goals, they will help you along the way. Coming to Computershare 3 years ago was the best decision I've ever made for my career."

"Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. If you want to get noticed and grow within the company, you have to make yourself seen. This is not a company you need to feel worried about it being a "man's club". The company does make a conscious effort to equally recognize women and men."

"I was hired solely are a remote worker. I am not located anywhere near a physical location. Since I was hired, the company began the process of bringing employees back into the office. Those of us who were hired as remote workers not near a physical location are staying remote with no expectations of coming into an office; however, all new hires are expected to maintain the current hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote a week. I feel I have significantly more flexibility than the employees who go into the office."

"Since moving to this company 2 years ago I have progressed further and have had more job satisfaction than anywhere else I've ever worked - including more than a decade with the NHS. Everyone here is helpful and if you want to move up in your career the sky is the limit if you work hard."
