    Position summary

    f Issuer Services in Computershare responsible for assisting shareholders of our clients with their portfolios and supporting companies to manage their relationships with investors effectively with the highest standards of regulatory compliance across the world.

    A role you will love

    The Assistant Manager role operates within this division at a global level and must stick to privacy regulations, fulfill governance requirements and deliver quality services to our clients.

    It is responsible for monitoring the daily operations of Corporate Communication Services, including printing and mailing, and ensure that good quality services are provided to issuers in an effective and efficient manner.

    This role will work closely with the team and external stakeholders to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and accurately, which could reach service delivery levels and report to higher management level. It will directly supervise Senior Officer or below, and report to higher management level, and also encourage to share the previous working experience and knowledge to the team.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Overall monitor and control daily operations of Corporate Communication Services to ensure all printing and delivery on schedule

    • Assist to manage email broadcasts during peak seasons

    • Manage daily in-house printing and checking print outs

    • Assist Manager to update the internal documents

    • Solve ad hoc problems occurred in the team and external parties

    What will you bring to the role?

    • University degree holder or relevant experiences

    • At least 5 years of working experience in operations, financial printing or design

    • Knowledge in project Management, design software applications or programming knowledge will be an advantage

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively relay messages clearly with the most appropriate and efficient way.

    • Excellent Problem-solving skills are required in the role whilst having the ability to think outside of the box and provide sound solutions

    • No travelling is required in the role and will be based in our Megabox offices
