    A role you will love

    With successful establishment of our business in Asia, we are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Associate to join our IPO team in Hong Kong. This is a rare opportunity that will give you a fantastic exposure to IPO projects and connection with investment banks and legal advisors in Hong Kong.

    Some other key accountabilities will include:

    • Be part of the deal team and actively participate in the execution of IPO projects.

    • Maintain excellent client support services and ensure high quality work to IPO related enquiries.

    • Actively participate in the IPO related activities e.g., review documents (prospectus, application forms), join logistics discussion and settlement mechanism.

    • Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the IPO team.

    • Involve in day-to-day project management and execution support.

    • Participate in ad hoc projects.

    What will you bring to the role?

    To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding about IPO, excellent multi-task and time management skills, willing to work hard under pressure, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

    Some other key skills required for the role:

    • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

    • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese work processing.

    • At least a few years of related experience in financial institution with solid understanding about IPO is preferred.

    • Demonstrate quantitative and analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, organization, planning and preparation capabilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or closely related areas.
