Work closely with clients on intervention and escalated items to ensure prompt resolution.
Help resolve client issues by working with other units within Corporate Trust or other departments within the company.
Works either independently or with RMs to ensure proper follow-through of client requests.
Assists with overdue receivables collection.
Assists with creating internal and external documentation such as operating procedures, client notices, fee proposals and other types of documents.
Drafts professional correspondence to clients and industry partners.
Communicates professionally verbally and in writing.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from college or university; or three to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiar with securities legislation
An expert level competence in Microsoft Word, and Excel
A strong understanding of registered plans;
Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
3-5 years in an office setting, legal or financial experience preferred
