A role you will love
As a Customer Service Specialist you'll learn how to research account information, resolve problems, and provide clarity to our callers. Our training is robust because the needs of our customers can be complex, so attention to detail is key.
From there, you'll become an expert in providing customer support and responding to incoming inquiries. Previous experience with complex transactions and/or financial experience is preferred, but the ability to learn how to flawlessly navigate our systems and research while engaging the customer is required.
Some of your key responsibilities will include;
Handling incoming calls in a polite manner
Making outbound calls when necessary
Assisting customers with their inquiries
Notating account accurately
Researching for most up-to-date information
Navigate systems while engaging customer on call
What will you bring to the role?
As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to bring people together to work collaboratively, achieve objectives, and influence stakeholders to get the best outcome
Other key skills required for the role include:
Required:
High School Diploma.
Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish.
Able to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift.
Minimum 1 years experience as a call center agent.
Strong customer service professional experienced while handing customer calls.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to resolve customer inquiries and escalate items as necessary in a timely manner with minimal supervision while maintaining established productivity and quality standards.
Proficient with researching and resolving related inquiries.
PC Skills.
Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment.
Ability to identify and communicate process improvement to supervisor.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $20.00. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations: California | Colorado | Jersey City, New Jersey | Maryland | New York State | Washington State.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for a $1.00 an hour bilingual differential while employed within a bilingual capacity.
