    As an expert in customer service with a focus on attention to detail and time management, this role holder will be the guiding hand as we deliver billing on behalf of our clients.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure company accounts receivable balances are accurate and current at all times.
    • Assist callers with payments.
    • Educate callers on all billing and payment tools available to them.
    • Keep apprised of any updates related to payment options.
    • Become familiar with all aspects of our services to be able to answer questions.
    • Assist clients with account updates and preferences.
    • Process incoming payments.
    • Create and maintain various billing reports and update database as required.
    • Process returned mail.
    • Perform administrative functions as assigned.
    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
    • Hours:
      • 9am - 5:30pm Florida M - F

    What will you bring to the role?

    As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to work collaboratively and achieve objectives to get the best outcome.

    Other key skills required for the role include:

    • High School Diploma.

    • 1 year experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, or a similar field-specifically with basic account reconciliation and customer service.

    • Intermediate computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

    • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

    Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $23 - $25/hour. This base pay range is specific to California and may not be applicable to other locations.
