A role you will love
Reporting to the Information Technology Team Leader, one of your core responsibilities is to understand the needs of Computershare's business and technology stakeholders and define the changes required to deliver solutions that address these needs.
You will also lead and facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders and end users to identify and prioritize requirements.
Other Key Responsibilities include:
• Use agile practices to stay responsive to business needs and to deliver value incrementally
• Find innovative ways to solve problems and to shape the delivery
• Write high-quality, clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to form a well organized Product Backlog that is prioritized according to business objectives
• Contribute to the Analyst community, embrace change and share knowledge with a network of stakeholders
• Assist in the development of BA team competency
What will you bring to the role?
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment
• Experience liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements, use of system design concepts, propose solutions and translate these for other members of the development team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relay information with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
• Exposure to Financial systems is preferred
