    Position summary

    you will develop strategies for sales of our Global Entity Compliance solutions including defining our market planning and growth tactics.

    The primary responsibility for the Client Development Manager is to lead the Business Development efforts into many of the largest companies in FTSE350 in the UK. You will be responsible for selling the full suite of Entity Solution services including Global Entity Compliance Services, Registered Agent Services and Entity Management software.

    Working closely with Client Development Director, local/regional SMEs, and the Computershare marketing team you will build a market strategy to identify prospects, manage the sales process, and win new business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Management for the entire sales cycle in its end-to-end process.

    • Generating new leads and nurturing of opportunities.

    • Pursuing warm leads generated from others in the business, as well as leveraging existing relationships within Computershare.

    • Working with the legal team to negotiate contracts with clients.

    • Working on issued proposals and request for proposals from clients.

    • Presenting and giving service demonstrations to clients including C-Suite.

    • Being a subject matter expert in Entity solutions, inc. Technology, and Entity Compliance.

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Significant experience as a top performer selling services to C-level executives and enterprise sales.

    • Experience selling Entity Solutions such as global entity compliance management services and our technology solutions to the General Counsel, Governance Professionals, legal operations, and Corporate/Company Secretaries of large Corporations.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.

    • Unwavering commitment to personal performance, and a history of success exceeding annual sales quotas.

    • Ability to navigate large complex organisations (e.g. FTSE100 or PE/REIT segments in the UK market).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all buyers (individual contributor to C-level).

    • A logical and methodical sales process with a commitment to utilising CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

    • Intellectual curiosity, striving to have an in-depth understanding of the market and needs of our customers in order to provide a comprehensive solution.
