    Our clients include other divisions of Computershare as well as external clients including leading Banks, Insurers, Utilities, and Government - who utilise a mix of our technology solutions and consulting services.

    A role you will love

    The Communications Consultant is a key member of the Communications Consulting Team. The Consultant will act as an advisor both to CCS and to CCS' clients, sharing insight and expertise on best practices in customer communications.

    On a day-to-day basis, and under the guidance of the team leader, the role will largely support client facing work, such as project planning/support, writing and editing customer comms, and collaborating with other professionals such as graphic designers.

    The role will also work closely with Account Directors, Solutions Consultants and Relationship Managers to support pre-sale and retention activities for new and existing clients. This can include supporting the development of consulting-related sales materials and thought leadership.

    Your key accountabilities:

    • Reviewing, writing and editing different types of customer facing communications, i.e. on-boarding, renewals, statements, billing and collections etc

    • Communications journey mapping and analysis

    • Preparing design briefs and working with graphic designers

    • Drafting thought leadership work such as writing white papers and case studies

    • Supporting the preparation of pitch presentations and pre-sales collateral

    • Adhoc administration

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Strong Qualifications in Communications, marketing, or similar, minimum bachelor's degree

    • Experience delivering communications strategies for external facing projects/audiences

    • Experience writing for different audiences and different channels, i.e. traditional media (print, letters etc), digital media (emails, applications and websites) and social media

    • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft office suite, particularly PowerPoint

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines concurrently.

    • Good stakeholder management skills

    • Good commercial acumen

    • Knowledge/understanding about customer experience and/or behaviour change (experience not essential)

    Other experience you might have:

    • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign

    • Experience working on customer communications, customer journey mapping, or customer experience

    • Agency/consulting experience OR, in-house experience from mid-large organisations in Financial Services, Insurance, Government or Utilities
