    Position summary

    Your role will engage have contact with front office teams across Computershare Issuer Services supporting new business opportunities, setting scope and pricing for engagements and maintaining healthy client relationships.

    This role will also have regular engagement with Entity Governance teams in New Zealand and the UK for support, guidance and risk management.

    Some of your key responsibilities may include:

    • Facilitate the timely coordination and management of client ASX market releases, including ad-hoc and routine regulatory forms and announcements

    • Organise and attend board and committee meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for liaising with the Issuer Services registry and Share Plans teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless information flow

    • Assisting with development of client corporate governance policies and frameworks and working on regular governance reporting such as the corporate governance statement

    • Ensure accurate and compliant maintenance of company registers, including share option registers

    What will you bring to the role?

    We are looking for a professional company secretary with listed company experience - with a real passion to succeed and a working knowledge of practical risk management, Corporations Act and other laws and regulations, including the ASX listing rules.

    Other key skills required for the role include:

    • Establish and maintain client relationships

    • Advise domestic clients on local compliance, governance, and transaction-related matters

    • Manage the delivery of entity governance client engagements

    • Support business management and operational matters as and when required

    • Develop and maintain subject matter technical knowledge and service delivery templates, risk registers, processes, tools and materials
