A role you will love
The Consultant plays a key role in delivering entity governance and compliance services for Australian and New Zealand clients. This includes supporting statutory compliance obligations, maintaining accurate company records, and assisting with advisory projects. The role ensures timely and efficient administration of managed services, contributing to high-quality client outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Governance & Compliance Delivery
Prepare and lodge statutory filings with ASIC and NZCO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update company records in GEMS and other entity management systems
Support compliance reviews, health checks, and annual reporting obligations
Client Service & Advisory Support
Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting advisory projects
Respond to client queries and coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage document workflows (scanning, filing, uploading)
Handle mail, email, and general correspondence
Process invoices, expenses, and ASIC payments
Conduct ASIC and NZCO searches and manage related communication
What will you bring to the role?
You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably, at least six (6) months of company secretarial experience within professional services or industry
Strong written English, numeracy, analytical and comprehension skills
Advanced IT skills (incl. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge and experience of using legal entity management, board portal and insider management software to support company secretaries would be highly regarded
Good problem-solving skill with evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience by identifying and selecting solutions with support of clear policy and procedure
