Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates all aspects of project planning and execution of Corporate Actions transactions.
Reviews offering materials, merger documents and SEC filings.
Analyzes and synthetizes transaction requirements to find matching business solution.
Creates collaborative framework and coordinate/manage project activities across multiple business units and external partners to implement solutions.
Acts as subject matter expert on Corporate Actions initiatives.
Retains and maintains project documentation and related files
Acts as primary contact on Corporate Actions events for external and internal clients (project status review, project documentation etc.)
Designs specific solution that fits transaction requirements and environment best.
Describes structure, characteristic, behavior, illustrates value and benefits and other aspects of recommended solution to stakeholders.
Defines features, phases, timelines and solution requirements.
Provides expert advice to internal & external clients.
Works with clients to track follow-up mailings, post-merger cleanups, and escheatment.
Meet the requirements and manage expectations of all stakeholders
Reviews and negotiates service agent agreements with clients and/or outside counsel
Internally/externally coordinates and communicates client funds flow and investment parameters.
Reviews and approves client billing for corporate actions and follows up to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Negotiates/resolves disputed fees and expenses with clients.
Realize upsell and cross sell opportunities Internally/externally coordinates and communicates client funds flow and investment parameters.
Coordination receipt of client funding.
Prepares and distributes information highlighting important operational aspects of the corporate action onto COSMOS.
Available during non-business hours depending on project needs.
Formulates, interprets and implements management policies and operational procedures; establishes procedures necessary to accommodate service needs

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and more than four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Corporate Actions and/or transfer agent experience (highly preferred)
Understands how all parts of the business model work together including processes, operating systems and applications.
Previous experience in project planning and execution of Corporate Action transactions
Proven success with responsibility for client satisfaction, retention and profitability
Availability during non-business hours depending on project needs.
