m Leader, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing day-to-day investor and client service activities arising from inbound calls. These calls may come from shareholders and other stakeholders regarding holdings across a diverse range of companies.
The CSR will demonstrate integrity and a passion for delivering a high level of customer service, while adhering to the policies and procedures established by Computershare.
Other key responsibilities include:
Respond to external customer inquiries across multiple channels including voice, email, and live chat while maintaining high standards of customer service and delivering accurate, timely information.
Aim for first call resolution by clearly communicating information ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Uphold Computershare's values by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and respect for company policies.
Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously improve customer experience
Adhere to work schedules as this ensures we have the correct support available for forecasted volumes
