A role you will love.
Financial Administrator Specialist II is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality operational service that meets service level expectations. The Financial Adminsitartor Specialist works closely with team lead to ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.
Monitor trade lifecycle to ensure successful completion of trade.
Perform daily reconciliations of trade and settlement accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with counterparties, custodians to resolve settlement issues.
Processor will be responsible for managing daily incoming SWIFT messages. Working with various databases to identify trade issues and ensure trades are flowing into our system of record correctly.
Processors are expected to research and interpret trade data, resolve discrepancies; provide prompt and accurate support for internal customers and investment managers; communicate issues to the appropriate parties; ensure compliance operational guidelines and procedures.
Receives instruction on work from Teal Lead and performs day to day operational activities in a timely manner with minimal errors and completes tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.
Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates.
Assist team leads in managing and calibrating workload of assigned associates.
May prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting
What will you bring to the role?
Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, with 6-8 years of experience in multinational business environments.
Experience in trade settlements or securities operations.
Familiarity with global market regulations, including clearing systems.
Leadership mindset with the ability to step into a team lead role when required.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
