A role you will love.
The Financial Administrator Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service that meets service level expectations. The Financial Administrator Specialist works closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. This role is also expected to assist the Team Lead in the supervision of assigned staff and occasionally perform administration tasks related to those staff such as: daily timekeeping, performance, and attendance tracking, and provide mentoring to employees.
The role will have the following accountabilities:
Receives instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities in a timely manner with minimal errors and completes tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.
Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates.
May assist team leads in managing and calibrating workload of assigned associates.
May prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting.
Attends meetings and training sessions for operational topics.
Handle projects as assigned by manager.
What will you bring to the role?
BCom / MBA or equivalent; 4-6 years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India.
The Financial Administrator Specialist position requires a good understanding of work routines and procedures used to support the CCT staff or previous experience supporting similar operational procedures. These routines and procedures will vary for each Financial Administrator Specialist.
Experience in performing analysis of documentation (credit agreement/term sheet. Trade packet).
Deep research skills required to analyze cash transactions.
The role will operate within defined technical and operational procedures, which require proficient knowledge and awareness on how to apply them. Knowledge for the role will be acquired through on the job training and experience.
