    Position summary

    inancial Reporting Associate, you will be servicing clients' share-based compensation related to financial reporting needs. You will also be managing clients' plan & financial data in our databases, preparing and auditing financial reports.
    In addition, you will be responding to written and telephone enquiries from clients, whilst communicating with client's auditors and providing necessary assistance. Your role will also encompass assisting development programs and projects.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:
    • Assisting management in maintaining service & operation workflow
    • Other Ad hoc tasks as required

    What will you bring to the role?
    You are a university graduate with Bachelor's Degree or above in Business or other related disciplines. You will have excellent communication skills and good command of English and Mandarin Chinese. The ideal candidate would have at least 3-4 years of experience in accounting.

    Your Microsoft Office skills will be impeccable with a strong understanding in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. In addition to technical skills, you will have excellent problem-solving techniques and will have an eye for detail.

    Other key skills required for the role include:
    • Excellent critical & logical thinking and data analysis skill
    • Ability to multi-tasking and strong time management skill
    • Strong self-learning skill and high degree of self-motivation
    • Ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team
    • Graduate majoring in accounting is a plus
    • Familiar with Macro or VBA is a plus
