A role you will love
As a Global Plan Manager you will be responsible for plan management tasks in the compensation area including administration, execution and maintenance of plan events and resulting transactions for Awards, Dividends, Funds and Pensions. A further task of the Global Plan Manager is the timing of processes, and the close observation thereof to identify delivery issues, problems and drawing valid conclusions. Owning and developing the standardized and tailor made processes is also part of the Global Plan Manager's role.
Main Duties:
As a Global Plan Manager your key tasks will include both plan and process management as a highly critical function for smooth client service delivery in daily business operations.
Main responsibility is providing the Service Delivery for all client which includes reporting, participant request via ticket and e-Mail, participant communications and many other processes.
End-to-end responsibility for specific client events in the lifecycle of the equity and deferred plan administration as well as day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform EquatePlus for assigned corporate client relationships and processes
Ensuring quality of operational and technical services within the Compliance and Risk framework
Analysing clients' plans and development of comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to setup system configuration and underlying processes (under professional supervision and advise of an experienced Senior Global Plan Manager)
Participate in various projects pointed out by management
Escalate observed irregularities to direct superiors
Cooperate fully during internal and external audits
What will you bring to the role
Have 1 to 2 years working experience in banking mid/back-office or similar function with a financial institution
Hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in a financial institution (Kaufmann/-frau EFZ Bank, insurance etc.)
Be able to work well with others - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with various (virtual) teams and line / functional managers across the organisation
Be a self-starter with high energy level, working effectively as a team player
Possess the ability to handle high volume in a fast paced environment is essential
Have great organizational skills coupled with hand-on pragmatic approach and performance orientation
Be a great problem solver - maintains strong focus on timelines
Be flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
Have an understanding of deferred compensations & benefits and pension schemes (Not essential but advantageous)
Be committed to contributing towards continuous organisational improvement
Be proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Access
SQL knowledge (Not essential but advantageous.
Have excellent English - written and verbal communication skills (B2/C1 level and above)
German - written and/or verbal communication skills are advantageous.
