    A role you will love.

    Reporting to the Head of Technology, you lead a mid-sized team, geographically distributed team responsible for the implementation and continuous technical delivery of our client's inbound and outbound communication needs.

    In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of significant client implementations for our Australian business, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

    In addition, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of our Inbound communications solution pipeline and provide support to infrastructure and application support teams. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading impactful technical initiatives to drive optimal business outcomes.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of implementations within budget and scope

    • Perform all functions of HR management functions for staff, including performance evaluation, career development, recruitment, recognition, compensation, and policy compliance

    • Prioritise fit-for-purpose implementations that support achieving Customer SLAs in downstream operations

    • Drive the actions and measurement of key improvements in implementation methodology to address quality concerns for removal of inefficient processes, balancing quality with speed to market and risk

    • Accountable for staff budgets, forecasting, resource utilisation, and estimation processes to optimise operational efficiency

    What will you bring to the role?

    Critical to your success in this role will be proven strong leadership to effectively position and transform the team to support current and future market needs.

    • A tertiary degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline

    • Proven demonstrated experience

    • Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role and size

    • Demonstrated experience in effectively engaging with external customers

    • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams to achieve optimal results

    Preferred:

    • Previous experience in the Communication Industry

    • Experience in digital transformation
