    A role you will love

    As our Identity Platform Lead, you will work within a highly skilled team in an Agile environment.

    You will be responsible for leading the engineering of our identity platform and developing tools to meet a wide range of use-cases including, customer journeys, security, enhanced onboarding experiences and AI.

    Some key responsibilities:

    • Provide technical expertise in our Ping AIC platform as well as other internal IAM (Identity Access Management) products ensuring our identity strategy and solutions are cutting-edge and efficient.

    • Leverage your experience with various functions such as commercial, product, growth, marketing, customer service, operations, risk, and finance.

    • Work closely with identity partners.

    • Be fluent in API/event/micro-service-based back-end architectures on the cloud.

    • Drive optimization and a culture of hypothesis-based experimentation, focusing on customer experience, revenue growth, and cost savings.

    • Demonstrate experience working with teams that deliver software using Agile methodologies.

    What will you bring to the role?

    Your role involves not only technical expertise in a range of IAM (Identity Access Management) tools, but also a deep understanding of the Identity lifecycle and its application in a fintech or financial services context.

    Other key skills required for the role include:

    • Proficient in a range of IAM platforms such as PING AIC, Okta etc.

    • Deep understanding of Identity management as it relates to customer access, onboarding journeys, security etc.

    • Proven ability to leverage data in strategic business functions such as marketing, growth, customer service, risk management, and financial planning.

    • Strong capability in leading and developing an identity-focused team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

    • Ability to set and communicate a clear, strategic direction for the identity platform team, aligning with the organization's goals and objective.

    • Aptitude for developing innovative solutions that enhance identity processing, analysis, and utilisation.
