• Meeting Support. Fully support shareholders' meetings in Beijing / Shanghai or other cities even some remote areas (cover all designated physical and remote meetings).
• Study methodology of handling all kinds of meetings, including cumulative voting / Online voting / voting with different WVR and so on.
• Conduct preparation work, including but not limited to, draft relevant documents, coordinate with relevant parties, meeting logistics and system set up.
• Assist daily operation of the team. Work closely with team members to ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role, you will have good learning and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and willing to travel domestically.
Other key skills required for the role include:
• University student, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related area; no visa sponsorship.
• Good communication skills, native in Chinese.
• Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Available to commit to a full-time role from Mar to Jun.
