A role you will love
Join us for an internship where you can contribute as a member in providing essential support to our Corporate Trust Officers, ensuring smooth administration and exceptional client service across a variety of trust mandates. You'll handle account setup, maintain accurate records, monitor compliance, and assist with closing and document execution. Your responsibilities will include coordinating transactions, managing billing processes, responding to client inquiries, and supporting meetings and mailings.
You'll be involved in tasks like processing and transmitting money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments. Over the course of twelve weeks, you'll also work on a group project and benefit from coaching and performance feedback sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions while being supported by experienced professionals. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Fall 2026 - Spring 2028 graduates)

Other preferred qualifications
Enrolled in an Economics, Finance/Accounting or Mathematics degree program

The typical base pay for this role is $23.50. This base pay range is specific toMontréal and may not be applicable to other locations.
We're not able to offer a relocation package for this role, so we're looking for candidates who are already based in Montréal, CA or able to commute there.
In this position, you'll be based in the Montréal (Blvd. de Maisonneuve) office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week.
