    A role you will love

    Join us for a ten-to-twelve-week internship opportunity where you'll join our US Corporate Actions team and work with some of the most seasoned and established professionals from the fields of corporate actions consulting and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) services.

    As part of your internship, you'll join weekly info sessions that will boost your understanding of corporate actions and give you a deeper look into how our business operates. You'll get hands-on experience working across different teams, analyzing data, reviewing documents, and contributing to real projects. This is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in the business world as well as skills and insights that will benefit you no matter your major or future career path.

    We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about a career in financial services. If you have strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mindset, the ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment, we want you on our team!

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Fall 2026 - Spring 2028 graduates)

    • Proactively take steps to achieve goals and manages time effectively to meet critical deadlines

    • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and ensures accuracy in the quality of work with effective organizational skills

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

    Other preferred qualifications

    • Enrolled in a Business Administration or Economics degree program (Fall 2026 - Spring 2028 graduates)

    • Impactful involvement through work, academic leadership, volunteerism or activism within the community

    • The base pay for this role is $23 per hour. This base pay range is specific to Canton, MA and may not be applicable to other locations.

    • We're not able to offer a relocation package for this role, so we're looking for candidates who are already based in Canton, MA or able to commute there.
