A role you will love
Our internship program is a great chance for you to gain practical experience in key operational tasks such as handling documents (print, stamp, scan), managing incoming mail and data files, and assisting administrators during critical processes. You'll also be supporting our team to verify pool details, prepare and organize closing documents, and ensure files are securely stored.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Fall 2026 - Spring 2028 graduates)
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Show a strong initiative to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Proactively take steps to achieve goals and manages time effectively to meet critical deadlines
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and ensures accuracy in the quality of work with effective organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Other preferred qualifications
Enrolled in an Economics, Finance/Accounting or Mathematics degree program
Impactful involvement through work, academic leadership, volunteerism or activism within the community

The typical base pay for this role is $23.50. This base pay range is specific to Toronto and may not be applicable to other locations.
We're not able to offer a relocation package for this role, so we're looking for candidates who are already based in Toronto or able to commute there.
