    Position summary

    w firms and advisors throughout the IPO process. The Leader will build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, ensuring seamless collaboration. As a key facilitator, the Leader will empower the IPO front office team with the tools and support needed to drive client acquisition, satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Ensures that IPO onboarding process is an exceptional initial experience for our clients

    • Provides strategic insight, best practices and shares market expertise to help guide clients through the IPO process

    • Builds relationships with clients, law firms and advisors including business development efforts through to onboarding

    • Provides process improvement recommendations to enhance onboarding experience

    • Ensures that sensitive client issues are resolved effectively

    • Builds, coaches and mentors the IPO specialists for career development

    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders

    • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to drive team performance

    • Confident in facilitating discussions, educating stakeholders, and consulting on complex IPO processes

    • Proficient in using CRM platforms to manage client interactions and track performance

    • Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and how teams contribute to broader organizational goals

    • Awareness of competitor offerings and market trends to support innovation and continuous improvement

    • Experience representing an organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations

    • Ability to manage escalated client and law firm inquiries with professionalism and poise

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex issues

    • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations

    Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $150K - $195K USD. This base pay range is specific to the New York and New Jersey locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
