    A role you will love

    In your role as an IT Support Assistant, you will collaborate with local Client Services teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and timely service delivery, particularly for managing Shareholder's General Meetings of our customers.

    You will be provided with ongoing support and training monthly, to ensure you can do your role to the highest standard.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Hardware management (requesting repair of faulty material, supply of new material, disposal of obsolete/faulty material, purchase of accessories and consumables).
    • Analysis and simulation of the various scenarios of the meeting season and planning of the needed hardware.
    • On-site inspections of the meeting locations for technical and operational assessments, relations with the fitters and technicians of the Client and/or the owner of the assembly location.
    • Drafting of the technical project of the meeting containing the hardware used, the planned LAN scheme and the activity timing.
    • Technical and system support before, during and after the meetings.

    What will you bring to the role

    Within this role, you will be responsible for helping support the client service managers and their teams in the operations area. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, can work in a team (with colleagues, suppliers, and customers) whilst also being a strong problem-solvers, work under pressure, and willingness to learn.

    Other key skills required for the role include:

    • Knowledge of characterising components of AGM/EGM (e.g. shareholder registration, voting methods, etc.)
    • Small to medium-sized LAN management
    • Windows operating system
    • SQL Server database management system
    • Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, SQL, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent knowledge of English: B2 level or higher.

    Please note, you will need to hold a driving license and your own car for this role, along with being available for short trips.
