    The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring ongoing service delivery for a specified group of CCT functions, meeting service level expectations for stakeholders, and liaising with the appropriate onshore points of contact. Contributes to the identification and development of operational policies, procedures, strategies, and efficiencies. Anticipates and provides solutions to complex business and operational problems. Achieves business objectives and overall stakeholder satisfaction through the development and implementation of business processes.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Directly leads and manages specific functional teams, cross-functional. Owns ultimate responsibility for meeting service level standards and minimizes any negative impact on clients and stakeholders.

    • Engages and communicates with stakeholders including the Regional Director, the Regional Operations Manager, other Managers, and onshore partners as related to ongoing service delivery and operational excellence initiatives.

    • Ensures teams adhere to all CPU policies and procedures for related work.

    • May support or manage projects and initiatives within the team's functional areas to improve standards of service delivery, business unit efficiency, reduce risk, and/or reduce costs.

    • Contributes to the design of any future state operating models for Computershare Services Private Limited.

    • Functional area KPIs and KRIs achieved in line with business strategy, risk appetite and risk metrics.

    • Compliance with all applicable regulations within regional governing operational activities

    • Staff engagement survey results show improving trend and in line with company benchmarks.

    What will you bring to the role.

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.A/B.S/B.com) or equivalent; at least 13years related experience in multinational business environments in India.

    • The role will directly manage and provide support and guidance to team leads. This may involve undertaking a mentoring role, coordinating tasks and/or checking on completion and quality of work. Directly or indirectly, the role will lead the work of approximately 125 operational staff in support of Computershare's CCT business line. Additionally, the role will partner with operations and shared services staff.

    • The role will have overall accountability for the delivery of our agreed service levels with our clients. The quality of service provided will reflect on the effectiveness of the role holder and their teams.

    • The role requires attention to detail and excellent judgment based on best practice and previous experience. The role holder is expected to respond to and resolve complex problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of innovative thinking and acquired technical experience, which will be guided by clear policy and procedure.

Our portfolio includes innovative offerings in corporate trust and escrow (managing assets and debt), class actions and mass tort (facilitating the administration of large legal cases) and bankruptcy administration (assisting with the wind up or restructure of businesses experiencing difficulties).
