our Ownership Intelligence division as an Operations Support Analyst to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Research & Analysis: Conduct research as needed under supervision, including sourcing information in both English and Chinese. This role requires basic analytical skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and an open mindset to interpret and apply findings effectively.
Project Participation: Actively contribute to ad-hoc special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving mindset
Operations & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive logistics and administrative support to ensure the efficiency of daily operations in the Hong Kong office. This role involves working closely with global team members, coordinating with brokers/custodians as needed, maintaining strong communication, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What will you bring to the role?
You will have 1-year or more of professional experience in research and operation support. You will be attentive to details with effective communication, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. This role will be responsible for day-to-day operation in the team to contribute to team effectiveness.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Attention to details, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads
Excellent communication skills with a good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
