    Position summary

    vide effective support to projects and business as usual activities when required.

    To support with complex requests and provide advice to employees and managers in Poland in relation to all people related policy, processes, activity, and changes. To ensure governance and controls are in place and operating effectively across our people processes. To champion self-service and promote the People Team by delivering excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing complex transactions during the on-boarding of new employees and within the employee lifecycle accurately and within SLA.

    • Provide advice and guidance on policy and process across the lifecycle of activity.

    • Identify any trends in processing, system, or automation errors.

    • Responsible for ensuring risk, compliance and data privacy process controls are met, covering; audit, data access, compliance checking schedule for internal and third-party processes.

    • Provide training on processes and policies to new starters within the People Services team.

    • Build relationships across PS&D and related teams; Payroll, ER, Business Partnering, to ensure effective processing and escalation management.

    • Maintain a good level of communication with managers, employees, and candidates around the status of their enquiry.

    • Manage own allocation of work whilst being able to work flexibly to support across the Services teams when required.

    • Support with reviewing work processes to identify areas for improvement and progress actions to improve outcomes for employees and managers.

    What will you bring to the role?

    We are looking to attract individuals with experience of working in an administration environment preferably within HR but not essential you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and administration skills, be able to prioritise and deal with change effectively. You must also have excellent attention to detail, be a team player and able to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice.

    You will need to be passionate about providing a service to internal/external stakeholders with a commitment to working as part of a team. Be approachable, have a positive attitude and able to communicate at all levels.

    Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

    • Experience of working in a high-volume administrative role

    • Experienced in working in Poland with some multi-jurisdictional an advantage.

    • Experienced in quality controls and compliance checking processes.

    • Experienced at re-prioritising workload and multi-tasking.

    • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

    • Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office

    • Strong command of both written and verbal English

    • Highly organised with a methodical approach and a meticulous eye for detail

    • Ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the business.

    • Working to strict deadlines

    • Be able to work as part of a team be self-motivated use your own initiative, whilst understanding the limits of your own authority.
