    A role you will love

    You will be responsible for supporting Category Directors in procurement processing efforts by building expertise within all categories to drive value and cost savings from our supply chain. You will also be responsible for the negotiating terms and conditions and fees with 3rd party service providers and for raising purchase order requests.

    You will handle Stakeholder inquiries, upload contracts into the contracts management system and provide financial analysis of third party spend.

    Lastly you will support on-boarding due diligence when bringing on new 3rd parties, assist in clearing outstanding purchase orders and provide Market analysis by procurement category.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Handle small to medium negotiations including contract and financial analysis

    • Support 3rd party service provider due diligence and onboarding

    • Upload contracts to and maintain CMS

    • Manage renewals

    • Interact with stakeholders and cross functional teams in support of Procurement Buying and Due Diligence requirements

    • Prepare reporting and presentations as needed

    • Manage RFI/RFP process through lifecycle including presenting results to Management and Stakeholders

    • Provide Market intelligence reports

    What will you bring to the role?

    Essential

    • 7 years Procurement negotiation experience

    • Minimum Project management qualification - or significant experience in this field

    Desirable

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Operations or related area

    • Industry certification such as FCIPS, CIPS, IACCM or CPSM, Continuous Improvement or equivalent
