A role you will love
The Production Control Associate is responsible for the quality checks and balances on various products that print. Creates spreadsheets daily for various lines of the business internally. Follows daily schedule, works on various applications and departments to verify funding is received for daily dividend checks that must be mailed on required dates. Create monthly spreadsheets for billing. Keep up with emails and reply to them in a timely manner. Research items when the business is asking for follow up on mailings.
Run excel spreadsheets for certain products.
Review printed output is in balance and ready to mail
Create folders for jobs with samples of inserts or any other instructions that are needed to complete the mailing
Work closely with scheduler and follow daily scheduling reports. Notify scheduler if there are any issues so they can notify the appropriate departments about jobs possible missing service level agreements due to lack of funding, inserts or anything else needed to complete a mailing.
Work on proprietor systems to update pull request or any other jobs that we must be update.
Create excel spreadsheets for billing & KPI's that must be completed by month-end.
Hand enclose documents, and perform QC checks
QC diverts produced by our mailroom
Add job into Workplace.
Schedule job to mail machines.
Cross train/assist in other production depts
What will we need from you?
High School Diploma or GED
Excel experience
Good Communications skills verbally and in writing
Shift for this role will be M -F, 2:30pm - 11pm CST. This shift is eligible for a 5% shift premium.
