Production - Team Lead

laborating with internal departments, monitoring team performance, highlighting skill/knowledge gaps, maintaining supplier service reviews, and continually looking at process improvements.

What key accountabilities you will have in the role?

• Always demonstrate safe working practices and ensure the "Computershare Health and Safety Management" policy is adhered to.
• Ensure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with system and ISO procedural guidelines; highlight all quality issues to the Production Manager as they arise.
• Provide direction, leadership, and central focus for operators to ensure there is accurate, effective shift processing.
• Achieve scheduled output figures in line with expectations
• Collaborate with the production scheduler to optimises equipment and time in order to achieve daily lodgement of work to meet client requirements. When required assist in the operation of production to ensure timelines are achieved.

What skills and experience will you bring to the role?
• Leadership experience
• High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Flexible approach to tasks & working hours with a productive mindset
• Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to interpret instructions
• Computer literate.
• English Language skills must be excellent as role requires reading of detailed information
• Previous experience working in a production environment (desirable)
