    Position summary

    rson, you'll engage in lively customer contact-in writing, on the phone, and in person-to ensure every general meeting is a resounding success. This is your chance to manage complex projects, build lasting client relationships, and become an indispensable part of a high-performing team. Here's a glimpse into your core responsibilities:

    • Project management: Lead the coordination of general meetings, from creating the initial activity plan with the client to onsite organization at the venue. You will manage the entire information flow from start to finish.

    • Client relationships: Act as a key account manager, maintaining regular contact and providing ongoing advice and support to your clients.

    • Financial administration: Prepare and manage quotes and invoices for new and existing clients.

    • Team collaboration: Support other team members, both in the lead-up to and during the general meetings at the venue.

    • Innovation: Contribute new ideas for developing and improving processes.

    What will you bring to the role?

    You'll be a key player in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. While you won't directly manage others, you'll provide vital support and guidance to junior team members, acting as a mentor and coordinating tasks to ensure quality and completion. Your ability to self-manage a demanding workload and resolve client issues with diplomacy will be critical to maintaining our high service standards.

    • You are fluent in both German and English at a C1/C2 level (CEFR).

    • Problem-Solving: You'll use your technical knowledge and experience to identify and solve problems, guided by established policies and procedures.

    • Customer-Centric: Your communication skills will be essential for responding to a range of client queries, from basic to complex, and for handling sensitive issues with tact.

    • Collaborative: You can work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and providing clear communication across departments for projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Goal-Oriented: You have a strong grasp of how your work contributes to the team and departmental goals, and you're motivated to achieve them.

    • High Standards: You have a keen eye for detail and can self-manage your client inquiries to ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met.

    • Business Acumen: You're familiar with sales and marketing, our company's products and services, and have a basic understanding of our competitors.

    • Proactive: You're willing to support continuous improvement projects and bring new ideas to the table.
