Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning and execution of Corporate Action Projects
Act as primary contact for external and internal clients
Reviews and negotiates distribution agent agreements with clients and/or outside counsel.
Review and approve client billing for Corporate Actions
Prepare and distribute information that highlights important aspects of the Corporate Actions Job onto Computershare Repository system- COSMOS.
Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) coordination (fill out questionnaire, confirm record date totals, and forward DTCC confirm letter on payable date).
Available during non-business hours depending on project needs.
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Required:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.- Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential computer skills include regular use of computer including the ability to type, utilize a mouse and read information from computer screen or monitor.
Relationship Management skills with Three to four years' experience in financial industry- bank/brokerage, Transfer Agents
Preferred:
Proficient in Microsoft project and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $72,694 - $91,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
