    Position summary

    -mortgage sectors, ABS provides trust services, cash and information processing, backup servicing and safekeeping to clients participating in the following markets: securitization, warehouse/conduit programs, secured financings, asset based transactions and Life Settlements.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships for large and critical/complex accounts.

    • Ongoing administration of accounts in accordance with applicable documents, state and federal law, and internal policies and procedures.

    • Providing primary client contact, proactive communication and consultation, and coordination with internal partners for the effective delivery of CCT products and services;

    • ensuring customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs.

    • Duties include representing CCT in developing and maintaining client relationships; selling and promoting CCT products and services to existing clients;

    • contractual document review, negotiation, and management of BSA/AML activities including periodic review; manage outstanding fee receivables, negotiate the supplement/amendment process.

    • Participate in in-person client visits.

    • May participate in closing of deals.

    What will you bring to the role?

    Ability to work well with individuals at all organizational levels inside and outside of CCT. Ability to work independently, make decisions and instruct others. Ability to collaborate and work well with a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Ability to read and interpret legal documents. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented. Prior relationship/client management experience. Strong analytical skills. Good PC skills including MS Excel. MBA/CPA/Finance degree or comparable experience in a Corporate Trust or related environment. Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) Certification.

    Other key skills required for the role include:

    • Minimum of 8 years of financial services, trust services or account management required

    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    • Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents

    • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment

    • Preferred experience in Delaware Statutory Trusts and/or Longevity/Life Settlement Products.

    • Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $75,000- $112,000. This base pay is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
