    Position summary

    Companies (SPCs).

    • Profitable maintenance of designated (CPC and SPC) accounts for the up-sell of EIS related products and services, and cross-sell of other CPU lines of business

    • Striving for and achieving 100% client retention and increasing profitability per client

    • Promoting and assisting clients with new products and services

    • Resolves client issues by working with other CPU departments

    • Resolves Client and Shareholder inquiries

    • Works either interdependently or with Managers, RMs, and ARMs, to ensure proper follow-through of company requests

    • Attend shareholder meetings

    • Assists in collecting outstanding invoices and aims to achieve corporate-wide Account Receivables standard

    • Assists clients with special projects, expediting transfers, problem solving and servicing of shareholder accounts

    • Delegate and co-ordinate tasks to the ARMs (as required)

    • Effective and consistent use of specific programs and applications in accordance with required guidelines

    • Assists Manager in ongoing training and education of ARMs

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is required

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory

    • Industry knowledge would be an asset

    • 2-3 years' experience in the finance industry, preferably with some exposure to security and administration and client services

    • Experience within a team role, with a strong commitment to providing superior service to clientele
