    A role you will love

    Leveraging Australian Standards Gap analysis work already completed, the role will provide support to the finance function and other impacted owners in understanding their roles and responsibilities by developing and recording sustainability processes and policy requirements, ensuring the organizational change is embedded and governance is ready for assurance.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Support implementation of any systems onboardings accompanying this scope of work.

    • Develop, implement and manage our organization formal protocols, guidelines and processes.

    • Ensure protocols and methodologies align with strategic goals, legal/regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    • Oversee the review and update of protocols to maintain relevance and compliance.

    • Perform risk assessments and develop assumption registers with mitigation strategies based on established protocols and processes.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document end-to-end workflows for specific business functions.

    • Responsible for the overall structure and efficiency of processes.

    • Create detailed step by step instructions (procedures) to execute tasks within a process.

    • Use advanced techniques and modelling tools to visualize and optimize complex processes.

    • Manage multiple streams of work and cross dependencies.

    • Support the Head of with Identifying and managing risks and issues, by assessing impact and incorporate changes into protocols and procedures.

    • Support the head with creation of reporting, steering committee presentations, driving decisions and outcomes.

    • Support the Head of with management of stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the change to meet ASRS compliance

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Minimum of 10 years' business analyst experience, supporting or leading streams implementing legislative or regulatory requirements, with a strong understanding of global business structures

    • Expert knowledge of core business analyst disciplines, including planning, risk management, analytical reporting, and stakeholder engagement

    • Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and drive change with a sense of urgency

    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience handling challenging stakeholders, sensitive issues, and confidential information-particularly in situations where expectations must be managed due to changing circumstances

    • High adaptability to global working hours, meeting tight deadlines and sustainability reporting standards, while managing interdependencies across regions and functions

    • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, using sound judgment, best practice insights, and previous experience to identify issues and determine when external advisory expertise is required to support internal decision making
