    In Technology Services (CTS) we partner with our global businesses; providing technology services and IT support, designing, and developing new products to support our clients, customers, and employees. These business-aligned CIO teams leverage the expertise and capacity of enterprise-wide teams, such as the Digital Foundry, the Global Development team and many of our CTO teams. To continually improve our capabilities and speed to market, we have our own innovation, product management and manufacture practices and frameworks which are regularly refined.

    We ensure that colleagues around the world have access to the technology and agreed service levels that they need to take care of their clients and their clients' shareholders, employees, and customers.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Work with cross-functional teams such as UI, .net, JAVA, Web services, dev ops teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

    • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

    • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

    • Prioritize and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

    • Enable design-driven work through translation of business and design requirements into tech executable scope.

    • Groom Business Features to a level of detail supporting development and testing partners needs while ensuring business expectations are achieved.

    • Research and analysis of capabilities to leverage and supplement them with new requirements.

    • Creation of a detailed project charter that clearly defines project goals and objectives, project plans with defined milestones that identify the project's critical path.

    • Analyse project risks & impacts; make relevant recommendations to the steering committee and senior management to mitigate issues.

    • Understand the Functional requirements and provide the technical solution through Technical Approach & technical Design Documents.

    • Used SQL server for analysis of the data trends, refine the data, (table design) in a more meaningful way.

    • Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to develop and agree upon a system that focuses on the business requirements.

    • Participate regularly in walkthroughs and Review meetings with the Project Manager, QA Engineers, and Development team.

    • Conduct GAP analysis to identify customer channel usage trends and improve the process efficiency to reduce the cost of product maintenance cost.

    What will you bring to the role?

    We are looking for people with these skills:

    1. Candidate who has got Eight plus years of experience in IT Industry and well versed in documenting data flows and other design documents and experience in writing Functional Solution Design documents and experience in UX design and writing SQL queries.

    2. Agile experience in large, regulated organizations, specifically writing and maintaining user stories and experience in Confluence Documentation. We are looking for a potential candidate who has process improvement experience and strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

    3. Experience in requirement gathering, converting business requirements into language which developers understand and we are expecting a candidate who has an experience acting as the bridge between developers and Business/Product and ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams and to manage process discovery, process modelling, and process improvement activities.

    4. Knowledge of Financial Services (Corporate Trust, Mortgage or Banking Services) industries and markets is highly regarded.
