You will work closely with cross department teams from ideation to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the product's unique value proposition is clearly defined and effectively communicated to target markets, differentiating it from competitors.
Conduct deep market research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and segments using these insights to tailor marketing strategies and messaging.
Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with overall business goals and outcomes, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
Continuously gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement, ensuring the product evolves based on user needs and preferences.
Work closely with product management to prioritize features that deliver the most value to customers, balancing innovation with practicality to enhance the product's market appeal.
Focus on optimizing the product's user interface and overall experience to improve usability, reduce friction, and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Regularly evaluate and adjust pricing strategies, and product packaging to align with market demands, maximize revenue, and maintain competitive positioning.
Act as a liaison between product, relationship managers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, messaging, and goals, fostering a cohesive approach to product development and marketing.
Regularly update senior leadership on product marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and market insights, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed and supportive of strategic decisions and directions.
Focus on building and nurturing a high-performing product marketing team by providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and career growth.
Serve as the voice of customer internally, advocating for customer needs in product planning and development.
Monitor product performance in the market, gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvements.
Collaborate with product team to define and create market ready enablement materials for both internal and external users of our products.
What will you bring to the role?
Significant Product Marketing Experience
A background in finance and/or banking a plus.
A deep understanding of market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Proficiency in strategic planning is crucial, involving the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Expertise in software/product marketing, including content marketing, and enablement, is essential to drive product awareness and engagement.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000. This range reflects our good faith effort to pay fairly based on our job evaluation of this role and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
