    With successful establishment of our business in Asia, we are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated talent to join our settlement and payment team in Beijing. This is a rare opportunity that will give you a fantastic exposure to the dynamic and fast-growing business in Asia.

    Some other key accountabilities will include:

    • Responsible for data maintenance and administration.

    • Generate participant reports and processing data reconciliation.

    • Liaise with external banks or brokers regarding clients' or employees' payment and share settlement enquiries.

    • Manage and coordinate internal communication with various internal stakeholders.

    • Respond to written, email and telephone enquiries from clients and their employees.

    • implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.

    • Assist management in the establishment of a service team dedicated to local/international clients.

    • Ad hoc tasks as required.

    What will you bring to the role?

    To be successful in this role you will have excellent multi-task and communication skills, pay attention to details and be initiative.

    Some other key skills required for the role:

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related. About 3-5 years processing / operation service experience in Financial Service industry.

    • Customer focused with excellent communications skills. Excellent command of data processing.

    • Detail-oriented, strong self-learning skill, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility.

    • Demonstrate initiative and organizational, ability to multi-task and strong time management skill.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under work pressure.

    • Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent English required with Cantonese an advantage.
