s communication with Client Services, Sales, outsourced vendor, and proxy team to drive business growth and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth analysis of the company's shareholder structure, identifying key investors, and integrating the information in a comprehensive report
Establishing and maintaining effective communication with internal/external clients. Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Maintaining good relationships with brokers, custodians, and institution community. Keeping contact information updated and obtain disclosure information promptly
Proactively staying up to date with current industry news, IR trends, and market developments
Participate in ad-hoc or special projects as assigned
What will you bring to the role?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education qualification
Strong research, analytical, and attention to detail
Ownership Intelligence or equivalent experience
Proficient experience handling client inquiries
Effective communicator and collaborative team member
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization, fostering teamwork and information sharing
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver ownership intelligence findings to clients in a clear and engaging manner
