Shareholder & Intel Analyst

s communication with Client Services, Sales, outsourced vendor, and proxy team to drive business growth and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of the company's shareholder structure, identifying key investors, and integrating the information in a comprehensive report

• Establishing and maintaining effective communication with internal/external clients. Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution

• Maintaining good relationships with brokers, custodians, and institution community. Keeping contact information updated and obtain disclosure information promptly

• Proactively staying up to date with current industry news, IR trends, and market developments

• Participate in ad-hoc or special projects as assigned

What will you bring to the role?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education qualification

• Strong research, analytical, and attention to detail

• Ownership Intelligence or equivalent experience

• Proficient experience handling client inquiries

• Effective communicator and collaborative team member

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization, fostering teamwork and information sharing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver ownership intelligence findings to clients in a clear and engaging manner
