• Year-end tax form production.

• Daily balancing in preparation for yearend reporting.

• Tax certification processing.

• Various workflow queues and assistance on tax compliance items.

Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Preferably 2 years of higher education and 2 years Transfer Agent knowledge and experience.

Good understanding of the IRS reporting requirements.

An understanding of IRS/State Agency guidelines and deadlines for year-end reporting.

Computer skills, specifically Excel.

Must be able to communicate written and verbally with others via email and or conference calls.
