A role you will love
The role of a Team Lead is to achieve excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective personal customer relations skills. Lead, coach and motivate a team of Quality Assurance Coaches to deliver departmental KPI's, targets and objectives.
Your key accountabilities:
Lead and motivate a team
Provide clear and concise direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and strong leadership
Support the team with their career aspirations, working with them on their personal development plans
Conduct development reviews and recommend training and development plans
Deliver all departmental KPI's, achieving set targets and objectives within the inbound, all ancillary areas, outsource and overflow services.
