Other key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining customer communication management (CCM) solutions that will interact with various systems for print and electronic communications
Leading and mentoring developers (locally and remote) to the successful completion of your team's initiatives
Scheduling and coordinating development resources for development related projects and support items
Approving timekeeping for development team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of those submissions
Determining and communicating development estimates as needed
Keeping audit, training, and any other needed documentation up to date
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. You will also need to learn quickly and work both autonomously and in a team.
You'll also bring:
3 + years of proven knowledge and experience with document composition engines and languages including Perl
1+ years' experience of supervising, mentoring and/or coaching other team members
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Strong experience in reviewing business requirements & technical specifications to determine necessary changes needed to satisfy requirements
Analytical thinking involving analysis of solution constructs and proper methods of validation and reconciliation
Proven ability to identify project/product risks and communicate effectively to get them resolved
Ability to work flexible hours as required
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with the following: Quadient Inspire Developer, XML, JSON, SQL, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, Groovy
Knowledge with various version control tools, such as Git, TFS, ADO
Experience working within in-house built tools and the ability to adapt to learning the ins and outs of these types of tools
Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $105,000-$130,000 USD.
