    A role you will love

    As the Technology Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for multiple components of our core functions. You will play a pivotal role in Vendor Governance, performing forecasting and budget management, financial governance, management of resellers, oversight and reviews with our Technology Vendors and supporting the Head of Technology Financial Management with analytical and decision-making functions. You'll also participate in business transitions, process improvement initiatives, and train and mentor associates on the overall financial processes.

    Other key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining a single global view of the IT Budget

    • Analysing and tracking actual costs against forecast budget

    • Working with external Vendors which requires a standard cadence with vendors to review open contracts, troubleshooting billing events, triage receivables and payables, understanding pipeline items with new CPU business and disconnects, negotiation and any other work required to ensure financial payments are managed

    • Working with CTS Vendor Management on Vendor renewals, amendments, and disputes

    • Processing and overseeing a recharge model back to the businesses across technology contracts

    • Reviewing of resellers to ensure we engage with correct amount within region and globally

    • Ability to interpret and understand the most complex financial procedures

    • Providing effective and clear communication to various parties on financial processes

    • Effectively quality checking invoices and files prepared by vendors to ensure the timely delivery and payment of all invoices

    • Working closely with Finance and Accounts Payable teams

    What will you bring to the role?

    You are an initiative-taker with an ability to successfully prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks. You work well under pressure with limited supervision both individually and at times, with other team members.

    You'll also bring:

    • Prior experience in a technology financial management role or similar

    • Previous experience managing financial budgets

    • Experience using Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint

    • Demonstrated experience with managing stakeholder expectations

    • An ability to adapt to a flexible working model, such as attending conference calls outside of normal office hours and occasionally travelling to other Computershare locations

    Bonus points if you have:

    • Experience using Microsoft Power BI and/or other BI Tools for Reporting

    • Demonstrated leadership experience
