Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Handle routine and complex data entry transactions and communicate with clients, brokers, or relationship managers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
Research, follow up, and resolve stakeholder inquiries and deficient transactions
Review and verify legal documentation and client authorisation before processing
Research any out of balance conditions with the Reconciliation Team
Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.
Option to work overtime and assist other functions or departments during peak volumes to meet client service level agreements
Working hours, Location & Salary
This is an in-office role, you'll work Monday to Friday. Our Bristol office is located at Computershare, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Rd, Bristol BS99 6ZZ. To join our team, please ensure you live within an hour's commute of this location. The starting salary is £25564.
