You've Got What It Takes If You Have...

2+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
Proficiency in database design and writing complex queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).
Experience with production debugging and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend fundamentals.
Good knowledge of Git and version control practices.

Experience with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
